Cancellations: Table reservations can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty. Please contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp to cancel.
No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your reservation time without prior notice, the table may be released to other guests.
Refunds for Prepaid Reservations: If you have paid a cover charge or made a deposit for special events or group bookings, cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Deposits: All private party or group event bookings require a 50% advance deposit.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them by calling our team.
Refunds: If there is a quality issue or an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements will be processed based on our assessment.
